crafting till the break of dawn

Hanging out with KatieB on the floor of my room making stuff out of stuff i have laying around, and theres a lot of it... yesterday colin ambulance gave me a bunch of broken junk jewelery and i have now stayed up all night with my glue gun and copper wire to create these lovely new refurbished steampunk-y peices of junk, fun stuff. i think they will all be presents... if you want one, ask and ye shall have.

In loving memory of Y's house

Recently the house burnt down of our friend Y, a devistation. Last summer we filmed the "bucket" video there, i was tickled because he had so much fun plush stuff there like the pink fuzzy phone we used, he also filmed it with his fantastic camera. it was a fun day, so this is for you Y, in loving memory of your house and to new beginnings...

I am thankful my hard drive was fixed and i did not loose this song! Here is a rough bounce of Holy Mtn.. i collaberated on this with NVR-NDR he added the nice dancities. (this is the song we filmed the vieo at Broken Velcroe LAnd for). Im still working on it of course.

neil gaiman playlist...

Wowzers, my song, Drug Therapy, is on Neil Gaiman's myspace playlist.!!! hmm, thats probly not the real him huh? oh, who cares, its a good one! I like Mr. Gaiman for his stories yes, but moreso because has impecable taste in wives.

Amanda Palmer's "runs in the family" (also on that playlist) was my very favorite new song on a new CD that i'd bought in awhile, or ever, particularly because it came out just as i was beginning to write this opera, "Soft Inheritence" (yes i finally finished it), an eerie syncronicity the subject of genetic ghosts. she's so rad.
